Informatica Research tests three contenders in the race to defeat
keyloggers
Unbeknownst to the vast majority of
end-users, keyloggers have taken the top spot on the podium of most
dangerous malware. Gone are the days when hackers created fancy
viruses to impress their peers. Now it's about financial gain, and
the best way to do it is to surreptitiously steal confidential information
over time.
Every
month, hundreds of new types of information stealing trojans make
their way onto the Internet. There are so many, that the traditional
anti-malware, signature-based techniques have a very hard time detecting
them. Here, we test the three top anti-keyloggers that do not rely
on signatures to deny this kind of activity. Find out how they do
it in our free 16-page white paper.
